Shipping policy Shipping policy Once you place your order by mail and after your check has cleared (aprox 5 -7 days ) we will email you when your order has been shipped. We do ship most Credit Cards orders using Papal processing in 24 to 48 hours after an order is placed and received by us. We try like crazy to get the order out as soon as we can but remember we handmake many of our items so sometimes it can take longer. We use United States Postal Service or United Parcel Service for shipping. We only ship to United States Post office Boxes.. If the item in your order is defective, please email us so that we can issue return procedures and shipping company must be notifed Immediately to investigate the damaged package remember most shipping are insured.We will refund you the full amount. Less the shipping/handling charges. Normal delivery is by USPS. Items in stock are shipped within 5 to 7 business days of receipt of your completed order. We ship only to confirmed addresses provided to us once your payment information is completed. Please allow up to 15 days for actual delivery of your order, as USPS services may vary based on geographical locations. International Shipping. We only accept payment through Paypal or international money order only. The funds must be in US dollars. We use global priority, UPS global and airmail parcel post all order must be insured. Please allow up to 20 days for actual delivery of your order. We don't ship to Nigeria , Italy or Mexico . |
