Personalized items are not returnable. It is the customer’s responsibility to confirm spelling when an order is placed.

If the item in your order is defective, please email us so that we can issue return procedures and shipping company must be notified immediately to investigate the damaged package remember most shipping are insured.We will refund you the full amount. Less the shipping/handling charges.
Liability to you will be limited to the cost of the product purchased. We reserve the right to ask for the damaged purchased item back before we do anything.
